1. A member may request cancellation of their membership within 3 days of joining/renewing. Refunds may be issued less a $25 service fee.
2. Memberships may not be cancelled after 3 days of joining/renewing.
3. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by e-mail or fax, by the member or credit card holder.

4. Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or member ID number.
5. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
6. All benefits and incentives received by member must be cancelled.
